All licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers in Tennessee (& NW Georgia) are invited to attend this class on Selling HUD Homes in Tennessee. This class is for agents currently selling HUD Owned properties that need a refresher course, OR agents who have never sold a HUD Home but would like to expand into this market. There is a right way to sell HUDs that will make the process work for you. The wrong way will drive you nuts and make your life more complicated.
The upcoming class is on June 11th in Chattanooga, TN at the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors®. We meet at 9:00 AM Next Monday for this class. This class will last about 2 Hours and there is NO CHARGE.
